My plight for justice was published in the Jan/Feb 2018 issue of Korea Veterans "The Graybeards" Magazine, the official publication of The KWVA.  Pictures from the time I served as a tank crewman and company arms man in the US Army's Company B, 3rd Medium Tank Battalion, 40th Armored Division were also published.

 

All official Army and Seaman documents were prior, timely submitted to the US Supreme Court in Washington, DC. I demand that the US Supreme Court recognize my Veteran & Seaman's status to adhere to its own Rules 40 & 33.2.
