TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE
Supreme Court Of The United States CASE#17-6583
SCOTUS Clerks hijacked Veteran rights and obstructed justice by not adhering to the court's own Rules 40 & 33.2, and The Rule of Law.
PLAINTIFFS DEMAND DUE PROCESS UNDER LAW IN SCOTUS CASE #17-6583

My name is Thomas Crean, and I am an 82-year-old Army Veteran who served in Korea. I'm also a Merchant Seaman. My motions to proceed under US Veteran and Seaman, Supreme Court Of the United States RULES 40 & 33.2 were disregarded by the SCOTUS. There is NO DUE PROCESS for Army Veterans!

"The concealment of evidence, our treatise and motions in SCOTUS Case #17-6583, is the predicate act to much greater criminality! This is the basis for opening an investigation and reopening this wrongfully 'considered closed' case!"
SUMMARY:
Supreme Court of the United States Clerks stole this US Army Veteran & Merchant Seaman's US Constitutional Rights.
Petitioner's timely submitted motions to proceed as a US Veteran and Seaman under SCOUTUS RULES 40 & 33.2, and other motions were pigeonholed by the SCOTUS Clerks; important motions were not placed on the legal docket sheets, including our timely submitted court fee; a $300 US Postal money order that was expressed mailed to the court and received by them in Dec. 2017; it was not due until Jan. 2, 2018.
However, the clerks at the SCOTUS sent the US postal money order back to the Petitioner and the Petitioner's motions to proceed under the Court's Rules 40 & 33.2, as a US Veteran and Seaman were ignored. Petitioner submissions were concealed from the docket sheets and the Chief Justices.
The SCOTUS clerks created a mockery of our American Judicial System by purposely Obstructing Justice & NOT even adhering to the US Supreme Court's OWN RULES BOOK!
The clerks even initially told Petitioner to file "in forma pauperis." The clerks also told Petitioner that they would get the Petitioner a lawyer; they never did. But, because Petitioner is also a US Veteran & Seaman, Petitioner simultaneously filed as such under SCOTUS Rules 40 & 33.2.
After the Petitioner's Supplemental Writ of Certiorari and documentation were timely submitted, Case #17-6583 was marked, "considered closed." The Supreme Court never acknowledged the Petitioner's Veteran and Seaman's status under Rule 40 & 33.2. Court Clerks repeatedly were rude and hung up the phone many times when petitioner called for inquiries about this matter.
This is a true travesty of justice!
Petitioner needs a SCOTUS RATED lawyer, who can help deliver JUSTICE, and who wants a big win for it on their record.
